Cboe Equities Exchanges Rule Filings

Rule filings are not effective until approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), with the exception of certain types of rule filings that may take effect upon filing with the SEC if they meet the conditions specified under Section 19 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 19b-4 thereunder. Below are pending rule filings submitted by the Exchange, followed by rule changes that have been approved by the SEC or became immediately effective pursuant to the Exchange Act.

SR-CboeEDGA-2025-019: July 2, 2025; The Exchange proposes to amend its fee schedule to adopt fees for Dedicated Cores.
SR-CboeEDGA-2025-018: June 30, 2025; The Exchange proposes to introduce a Small Retail Broker Hosted Solutions Program and to update the existing eligibility requirements for the Small Retail Brokerage Distribution Program for the Cboe One Summary Feed and EDGX Top Data Feed.

SR-CboeEDGA-2025-016: June 18, 2025; The Exchange proposes to amend Rule 4.10 of the Exchange’s compliance rule (“CAT Compliance Rule”).
SR-CboeEDGA-2025-014: May 15, 2025; The Exchange proposes to amend Rule 13.4(a) regarding the public disclosure of the sources of data that the Exchange utilizes when performing: (i) order handling; (ii) order routing; (iii) order execution; and (iv) related compliance processes to reflect the name change of NYSE Chicago, Inc. to NYSE Texas, Inc.
SR-CboeEDGA-2025-013: May 9, 2025; The Exchange proposes to increase the monthly fee for 10 Gb physical ports.
SR-CboeEDGA-2025-010: April 23, 2025; The Exchange proposes to update its Fee Schedule to provide a discount on fees assessed to qualifying academic purchasers for purchases ad hoc historical U.S. Equity Short Volume and Trades Reports.
SR-CboeEDGA-2025-009: April 9, 2025; The Exchange proposes to amend its Fee Schedule by introducing an NBBO Setter Program under proposed new fee code SS and introducing a Definitions section to the Fee Schedule.
SR-CboeEDGA-2025-005: February 19, 2025; The Exchange proposes amendments to Rule 2.8 (Voluntary Termination of Rights as a Member).
SR-CboeEDGA-2025-003: February 13, 2025; The Exchange proposes to amend the Market Data section of its Fee Schedule to adopt a new fee waiver for Uncontrolled External Distributors.
SR-CboeEDGA-2025-002: February 3, 2025; The Exchange proposes to amend its Fee Schedule by modifying the rates to add and remove liquidity associated with securities priced below $1.00.
