Resolved - Cboe C2 Options Exchange Complex Instrument Issue

Please be advised Cboe has resolved the issue on the Cboe C2 Options Exchange resulting in differing complex symbol IDs for the same complex instrument.

To address this issue, Cboe has deactivated the duplicate complex symbol IDs, which will have resulted any related GTC orders being cancelled back to impacted firms.

Cboe has identified the root cause to be a coding error which will be patched for Monday, April 7, 2025.

All other Cboe exchanges are operating normally.
