VX/VXM - Extended Trading Hours Lower Price Limits Modification

Effective for the ETH period from 3PM to 4PM CT for the business date of April 9th, the CFE will update the Lower Price Limit percentage to 50% in Cboe Volatility Index Futures (VX) and Mini Cboe Volatility Index Futures (VXM), in accordance with CFE Rules.
