Please be advised Cboe will be upgrading its customer support system on Friday, March 28, 2025, from 9:00 p.m. ET to 1:00 a.m. ET. During this upgrade, email communications into Cboe support teams will be unavailable.

We encourage customers to send non-urgent inquires by email once the upgrade has been completed. For urgent matters during this upgrade, please contact the respective support team by phone.

into the Cboe Web Portal and web API has now been resolved.

Cboe Europe
regular trading was not impacted during this issue and all systems continue to
operate normally.
