All dollar amounts are expressed in Canadian dollars.
- SPACs must also meet the criteria prescribed under section 10.16 of the Listing Manual.
- In the last fiscal year or in two of the last three fiscal years.
- If Issuer does not have 2 years of operating history, a submission to the Exchange addressing all the factors set out in section 2.02(3) of the Listing Manual.
- Budget of at least $100,000 for the 12 months after listing.
Ongoing Listing Standards for Companies
